HUNYHUNY: RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

HunyHuny always offer easy returns and exchange policy, which gives you an option to return or exchange items purchased from HunyHuny Website within 7 days from reciept of the product. We only ask that you don't use the product and preserve its original condition, tags, and packaging, please take adequate measure to preserve its condition. For return of any product kindly pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all returns, we recommend to take all adequate measures to pack it securely so that no loss/ damage happens to the product in transit.

For Return/ Exchange of item of value below INR 1000, the customer has to Self-Ship the product at HunyHuny Warehouse Address (Haryana). (Return Shipping charges bear by customer)

Below are two ways to return the product to us:

Pick up: In most locations, our Logistics partner offers pick up service. You will see a pickup option when you submit a return request. (Not-Eligible for item below INR 1000)

Self-Ship: If our Logistics Partner don't offer a pick up at your location. In such cases, customer has to Self-Ship the product to us and after receipt and verification of the product, refund process will be initiated. 

If you self-ship your returns, kindly pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self-shipped returns, we recommend you to use a reliable courier service.

If the return product does not pass the Quality Check (Any damage, Missing part, used or washed product or any other issue) we shall ship it back to you, and customer will be charged for shipment. If you choose to exchange the item for reason of mismatch of product, size or receipt of a defective item, you will be provided with a replacement of the item.

If pick up of the product is not available from your location by our courier partner, self-shipment of the product to our warehouse will be required.

The following EXCEPTIONS and RULES apply to this Policy:

Baby Diaper, Baby Mittens, Baby Booties, Loungeries cannot be exchanged or returned.

Baby Wear & Maternity Wear - If The product you ordered doesn't fit your size requirement, then you need not worry HunyHuny offers size exchange free of cost. We just request you to intimate the Team within 7 days of receiving the product and the product be unused with all the tags intact. The number of times an individual product can be exchanged is One. (This product can only be replaced)

Baby Transport/Stroller/Pram - The products are dispatched after proper Quality Checks with proper packaging, however, if the customer receives it in any kind of damaged or defective form or any other issue in the product, HunyHuny will offer exchange of the damaged part and incase that is not possible replacement of the product will be provided free of cost. We just request you to intimate the Team within 7 days of receiving the product. HunyHuny will make sure that your queries are resolved at priority. (This product can only be replaced )

Baby Bed Cot & Baby Furniture - The products are dispatched after proper Quality Checks with proper packaging, however, if the customer receives it in any kind of damaged or defective form or any other issue in the product, HunyHuny will offer exchange of the damaged part and incase that is not possible replacement of the product will be provided free of cost. We just request you to intimate the Team within 7 days of receiving the product. HunyHuny will make sure that your queries are resolved at priority. (This product can only be replaced )

HunyHuny will not be liable for the products returned by mistake. In circumstances where an extra or a different product is returned by mistake, HunyHuny would not be accountable for misplacement or replacement of the product and is not responsible for its delivery back to the user.

REFUND:

Once we receive the returned product our team will do a Quality Check. The refund will be initiated once it passes Quality Check. If we find any issues in the Quality Check such as any damage, missing part, used and washed product or any other issue, the product will be shipped back to you, and the customer will be charged for the shipment. (Quality Check will be done for all the shipments, Self Ship and HunyHuny Pickup both) 

Cancellation is possible before the product is dispatched from our warehouse.
